What videogames should I get to improve spatial awareness?

I’ve always had trouble with spatial awareness (my parking is horrible!), including sense of direction but now have a job where I need to improve it.

I’m thinking video games might be the answer. Which ones are best for this?

Ooh this question would serously be helpful for me too XD My spatial awareness needs some work.
Without videogames, try just to observe everything in every room, moving slowly.
But with videogames, I’d say first person shooters and Wii games.
FPS games improve awareness through necessity. If you’re getting shot at and can’t remember where cover is, you’re dead.
Wii games improve awareness through action. Not only are your movements in the game sensitive, but you must also be careful not to hit anyone while playing the game
