I hate to lose at everything i do in games. When ever i lose at sports ( football, basketball) or even videogames i get really mad and ill throw my controller, swear, punch my walls and get in a really bed mood. And in a real game ill do swear and then just stp because there is no point.

Now there are lots of choices on the web, books videogames, etc.. when you are free. But I am talking an extended time. For example, when you are free for 10 years, how would you like to pass it? There are parameters of life such as energy, illness etc.,but assume that they won’t matter.

I love to play them, but some, like the N64 and games like Metroid first give me a headache, then a stomache ache and then make me dizzy.

Why does that happen, what does it mean and how can i prevent it without giving up my favorite games?
